The product is item #9989. The intra-heat massage pad.
I purchased the current product from Wagan Industries in December of 2024. The pad stopped working 2 weeks ago, and I need a replacement A.S.A.P. due to my medical difficulties.
This is the only massage pad that works I have found in the past. The pad only works for a few months (item #9989).

I purchased the Intra-heat magnetic massage pad in December of 2024. It stopped working about a week ago.I've checked the electrical connections and they're fine.
Will please send me a shipping label so I can ship this back to verify the product is defective.

I have never been successful contacting Wagan for this or any other problem. They have an email button on their webb site that allows you to fill out information, but not send it.
Their phone number has been taken out of service, and there is no new number. I am not sure if they are truly in business or just a front for some other activity as i have not purchased anything on line from them.
Why? Because i can not get an answer to my questions.

Some where in our travels between stops we loss the inside to the plug in that plugs into the car lighter plug the screw that holds the guts in became loose the guts fell out so we need the parts to the plug end.

Something is broken on compressor after receiving itby mail
Box was torn, broken light, and dial for compressor broken.
Some things broken on compresser

Damage
1. The blue ice pack leaked until it was empty while not in use in my bathroom ruining all the toilet paper and kleenex where they are stored.
2.
The velcro attachment no longer sticks.
3.The mesh for the ice pack is disinagreting, basicly fallling apart.
4.
Last but not least, the fully charged heat unit lasts only appoximately 10 minutes.
I have been out town for while, effecting the time that it took to get back to you.
Please explain if this has happened to anyone else and your plans to reconcile this situation.

Defective part air nozzle valve
I received the wrong part, what I need is the valve located at the end of the air hose for some reason this valve doesnt let any air out to my tire
When I took it out of the hose and start the compressor I got the air to flow

Hi I bought 2 lights for my dock . we came back after it was dark .
lights were on but i could not control 10,30 6* 100 from the boat ? after we got off I couldn't even turn them off from the boat . had to walk right up next to the lights and they finally turned off . got up late last night just to see if they came on they did not.
so I turned them on now with remote. how far do i need to be from lights ? before the remote will work ? if you have to be right next to it that's not good .
tried to call you today you have to know the extension ## I wanted customer service whats the # also it says to leave a message you can't its full SOOOOOOOO WTF you need to fix Fast !!!!!! i wont be home 7/7/2020 but please call me on Thursday 7/9/2020 in the morning after you start .
if I do not hear back from you i will be returning the lights. paid a lot of money for your lights and no help :(

We have a faulty JumpBoost V6 Air. We need to know where to send it back to, for a replacement to be sent to us. We acquired it thru our Rewards Program for our credit card.

WAGAN INVERTERS ARE JUNK and charge shipping
I bought a new WAGAN brand inverter. All it ever did was kick off with very little load.
I Emailed wagan several times asking how to make it work. Wagan people had all kinds of excuses about how it is my fault or the appliance and not their inverter. After i pressed, they said i could return it. It was still under warranty.
After a couple weeks they sent a new one. But it cost me a lot of money in shipping.
So wagan does reluctantly stand good for their faulty inverters, but it will cost you. A good company would pay for shipping when standing good for something they make that does not work.

I have the same complaint about AMES INVERTERS,I went trrough two 1500W in less than six months, and I installed one 5000W and never got it to work one day,sent it back and they sent me another one and it would not work.
I fixed the last one with a sledge hammer and torch and sent it back to them, being a contractor I lost that customer.
